With more than 9 years of experience in the Microsoft business, Simona Lica is currently focusing on partner channel development alongside her team. The main goal is to provide partners the support they need in delivering solutions based on Microsoft technologies to their customers.

Starting with December 2018, she holds the position of Business Unit Manager for Microsoft at ALEF Romania, engaging in sales projects, internal implementation projects, marketing activities and team constant growth and development.
